Shlomo Pekar has spent over two decades exploring the body as an interconnected system, drawing from disciplines as varied as martial arts, acrobatics, deep tissue massage, and specialized movement practices. His approach blends precision with care, creating treatments that are both deeply restorative and uniquely tailored to each person. Guided by a belief that the body is meant to move pain-free and gracefully, he works with clients to unlock lasting ease and strength. A private, multi-hour journey of healing and self-discovery.
This one-on-one experience combines a specially prepared, small-to-medium quantity of medicinal mushrooms with a deep, intuitive massage.We begin with intention setting and a short grounding and cleansing ceremony, then share the medicine and start the massage. The combination of physical safety, quiet, and deep relaxation allows the mind to explore previously hidden places — often connecting physical points in the massage to emotional and spiritual release.As the session unfolds, energy moves, old traumas may surface, and the body begins to let go. The process can be profoundly healing — physically, emotionally, and spiritually.Afterward, we sit in silence until you’re ready to share your experience for processing and integration. From start to finish, the ceremony usually lasts 4–5 hours, and I stay as long as needed for your comfort.Please note: This ceremony is only available for those who have already received a regular massage with me, feel completely safe in my presence, and enjoy my style of bodywork.
